3D QUALITY CONTROL
KRONUS has a high-tech 3D quality control system that uses scanning and laser diagnostics to detect defects and assess the quality of material. We ensure the consistent quality of wooden packaging by inspecting products at every stage of manufacturing. A purchase requisition number is used to identify each incoming order. Upon delivery, all material is examined for quality compliance using a variety of standards, including dimensions, humidity level, tolerances, etc. The material is subsequently put through further quality control checks.
FIRST STAGE
The Paul scanning line sorts the entering raw materials in accordance with internal sorting criteria and measures the external dimensions before the raw materials reach an automated stacker.
SECOND STAGE
The substance is rolled automatically through a line. Here, it is checked to make sure that the material complies with the requirements in relation to elements such as length, breadth, cutting angle, quality of the planing, thickness, and contact angle of the hinge. At this point, a quality check is also carried out on the nails and the IPPC logo. The operator conducts a visual inspection for hinge flaws at the conclusion of the second step.
THIRD STAGE
The rolling check is completed, which entails inspecting the planting on a hinge as well as the board size, rivet quality, and pivot fit. Additionally, common metrics such as length, breadth, board thickness, and cutting angle are examined. The third step is complete when the final product is examined.
