TYPOGRAPHY AND TYPEFACES

Choosing the right typeface is always essential for a big international company trying to make an appropriate marketing statement. Poor selection of font may lead to miscommunication between the company and their clients and blur the image and intent of the company.

CORPORATE FONTS

Headings typeface

Montserrat font serves best for headings and short texts. Its strict geometry and wideness highlight the company’s authority, stability, and reputation. Kronus’ corporate style uses regular and bold font styles of this font.

Body typeface

For body text, the Roboto font is used. This typeface is more suitable for a large amount of text due to its lightness. Kronus’ corporate style uses light font style for basic body text and the regular font style for texts of smaller size.

ADDITIONAL TYPOGRAPHY ELEMENTS

Title on color plate

Sometimes, to highlight the main heading on the page, the black color plate with a rounded corner is used. In that case, the text is white. The plate must always be in the left top corner, and the right bottom corner would be rounded.

Icon (Features)

In some cases, to highlight the main thesis of the text, an icon is selected. The icon is always placed above the text, and the text is centered.

Bullet and number lists

A lot of information is presented through lists of items. Some of them are bullet point lists, and some are numbered lists. In Kronus’ corporate style, bullet points and numbers at the beginning of a text line are highlighted with the blue color and use the Roboto Bold font.
